Thank goodness for this company!! Over the past year I have had a seriously leaking roof. Three companies have been out to try to try and repair it and failed. Of the three the last two returned a couple of times and tried again but without success but were more than happy to charge me even though the problem was still there. However to be fair the last company of the three did a fair bit of work trying to track down the problem By this time I had paid out £1500 for nothing. The companies that did come out neither phoned when they said they would not turned up when expected. A petty bad advertisement for roofers in all honesty and no wonder they often get a really bad name. On the recommendation of Velux Windows who I turned to in desperation in case my window was causing the leak they gave me the name of this company. Right from the start I was impressed, I phoned them and the lady that answered said she would have to get someone to call me back. Oh oh ,though I though but someone did, and, pretty quickly at that. The chap that came out for a look spotted the problem immediately, something that the other three firms seemed to miss.. A week or two later a couple of extremely pleasant chaps came out to do the repair. They seemed very thorough but also very young but explained what they were doing as they went along and that was that. Off they went. Whilst we haven't had any really heavy rain to complete the tests everything seems to be ok so far. I was assured that if there were any recurring leaks they would be back but hopefully I won't need to call them again. This has proved to be an extremely expensive repair for me given that the first three companies failed but still charged ,so I would recommend this company to each and everyone for their skill in fixing roofs but also for their customer services and the extremely helpful lady in the office. A great many companies could learn a lot from them. They may not be the cheapest but are certainly the best and most reliable I have come across, so well done to them
