Supposed to have two doors fitted today. For a start Ashford told me it was one door when the council had told them it was two doors to be fitted. I've waited a year for the appointment. Today the workmen turn up, and tell me with a smirk on their faces that they've been given the wrong door handles for the job, but funnily enough they had the right door handles for my neighbour's house today. Hmm.. this company is not trustworthy, don't use them if you want a good job done..

we had the brand new windows installed on october 14 2019 i cannot praise them enough top quality and so much better than the old ones which were garbage but ashford are in the premier league of windows highly endorsed by me thanks

We were supposed to have had a new door fitted on the 1st November 2019, no one came, no one advised us that it would not be fitted that day, so I took a day off work and it was wasted!! When I called them no one was available and the promised return calls never materialised. The following Monday, despite a promised call, I had to phone them and they gave us another date, 11th November at 8am. Can you believe it, actually yes, no one has arrived, no call, email or text to inform me of any delay etc. Yeah! 1 hour and ten minutes late, better late than never.
