Appeared to have done a good job - all bargeboards, fascias, guttering & downpipes replaced No problems until 10 years later when paving being laid. Builder found a large hole where a 50cm length of downpipe had not been fitted to join downpipe to drain. Result was a large hole where stones had blocked drain and rain eroded soil around i, partly undermining the house. See photos below. Cost me a great deal to sort out, delayed my paving job and company failed to respond at all to several calls. If the paving hadn't been done, I would never have known about the hole & it would have undermined the house even further. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!
