The installation went without a hitch. But a hinge on a bedroom window broke and I reported it on 26 June 2017. Since then, I have telephoned 3 further times and been fobbed off with excuse after excuse, and it still isn't fixed. The latest call (today 22 August 2017) revealed that my calls have been logged, but no one can come until September. When asked for a date in September, they couldn't give one. This is absolutely appalling customer service, delivered by a staff that demonstrably doesn't give a damn. Use this company at your peril.

I have had 4 windows and a set of french doors installed by Total Home in Norwich. The workmen did a very good job, they were very quick and concise. I have already noticed how much warmer my house is. I would give Total Home ten out of ten.
