Appointment booked for 09:00-10:00 for 09/01/2018......... text at 10:35 on the day to day he had to cancel as poorly..... fair enough..... and would contact me to reschedule....... 16/02/2018......... still waiting
I booked an appointment with Lee Rixon to come and give us a quote on the 5 August 2017 between 9 and 12 and he didn't turned up or give us a call to let us know he wouldn't be coming. I feel completely let down by Cloudy 2 Clear. I called there 0800 number to let them know and they asked if i wanted to cancel ! My response was quite clear, if they don't turn up to an appointment just to provide a quote then how can I trust them to do the work.
We have used this company before to replace glass panels that had steamed up because the seals had gone. Roger responded the next day and soon replaced them. At a reasonable price. This week I felt the front door was letting in drafts and saw the seal had stretched and thought it had perished. Roger sent a member of staff who checked it, saw it was serviceable cut it to fit, glued it in, and charged me £0. I could recommend this company .
