Absolutely dreadful service!! I would NOT recommend anyone using this company!! My husband and I took 6 scaffold boards to Roger Coe Joinery in beginning Jan of this year, asking for them to be made into a dining table (just the top part, the legs we were sourcing elsewhere)  Saw Simon, who told us it wasn't an issue and would be easy for them to do for us, and would send a quote at the end of that week. We are now mid March 2025, and still havent heard ANYTHING from him! we have rang, emailed & sent texts, on numerous occasions, and even called into the site!  To be fair, Simon did reply to 2 of these texts saying he would get the quote to us the next day, but as always he didn't follow through on his promise!!  So today my husband has collected the boards and we are taking our customer elsewhere! I do understand that it is a small job and maybe not what the company wants to do. BUT Simon should have said this to us back in January.  So if you need any work doing , I would strongly recommend going somewhere else!
