Not quite five stars...
Pleasant lads who (eventually) explained it would take two days to install double glazing as one very large pane of glass had been broken but was replaced ready for next day. Was informed of a missing door panel following day but lads came back on the weekend after it had been delivered. A few dents and scratches on paintwork in internal recesses and on internal ledges afterwards but nothing major I couldn't fix myself. Looking foward to having conservatory done next year.

The only complaint I have and it wasn't necessarily the fault of the staff. My bay kitchen window was missed. I didn't mention it to the guy that came to measure up but took it for granted it would be included, however when I enquired I was told it had not been factored in. I should have checked.

We told them about the bad reviews and they said they were aware, but this company is fitting about 500 doors a week they said, they are so busy so there will be the odd door that does not fit well etc. But I have recommend to a few people use this company and ask for Tom and Joe.

We were happy with the price and went through with it, they then rang us to arrange measurements and then fitting. It only took around 2 hours to fit both doors, we got 3 keys with each door, the doors were exactly how we wanted them to look, we are very happy with the customer service and the fittings and everything so thankyou!

We cannot speak highly enough about this company, as they say, “it does exactly what it says on the tin”, and then some.
Absolutely stunning job from start to finish.
From the measuring up, the girls in the office, the assessment to fit, the fitting, and the aftercare to check on the completed contract, they were nothing short of outstanding, professional and considerate throughout, guidance of what comes next was always available, it was a great experience, every member of staff we had any contact with always went the extra mile, they take so much pride in their work with attention to every detail. Everything they said would happen happened at the right time, no delays in anything, the finance options are available for every household, and you are “walked” through the process and only takes 10 – 20 minutes to finalise. All old doors and rubbish were removed, apart from the new doors you would think that nobody had been.
These guys know their trade, the customer is always made sure to every stage that they are pleased, I have no problem in recommending this company.

From Facebook to Install.... First Class!
Contacted the company from a Facebook advert. Got an almost immediate response an arranged for the salesman to call to give us a quote. The rep came, didn't try the hard sales pitch, like we had from other so called reputable vendors. The price was realistic, so we immediately said yes to a composite front door and UPVC rear door. We were told the expected timescale, including the visit by the surveyor to accurately measure up which we were happy with. The day of the install came and I was very impressed with how the fitters got on with the job, very professionally. Within three hours, the old doors were out and the new doors in. The build quality, the workmanship and the high quality Yale Locks and door furniture really made a massive visual and security improvement to our home. Already we have had several friends and neighbours asking who had done the work, saying that the doors looked fantastic. Well done All Weather Roofline. Top job all the way through.

Avoid this company at all costs
I had a patio door fitted to an upstairs living room which leaked badly into my garage for three years. Two fitters later and the problem was solved. The manufacturer of the frame did not seal all joints properly which let water run straight through the frame. The company tried blaming myself for the problem which ruined foodstuffs in the garage and caused mould on the living room carpet. No compensation for this. Avoid this company at all costs.

Initial salesman - great and friendly. Came to quote us windows (we were only wanting a rough price to see how much we were talking) but discussed about our soffit that was practically hanging off so he put emphasis on getting that replaced rather than a quote for windows.
Paid deposit, amd was left to us to call when we were ready to book work in - we were expecting a baby so didn't want it doing until after, which was no issue for the team.
Once settled, called helpline (incidentally every time I have called, straight through no issues and staff always friendly), and booked in for surveyor and the work the following week.
Surveyor came (sure he was a day late but may have been putting wrong date in my calendar!) Here 10 mins at most, measured up and left.
Day of fitting, 3 nice lads spent 4 hours ripping old stuff down , replaced with new soffit which looks incredibly smart, tidied up their mess after and off they went. No bother there, cost me a couple of strong sugary brews at best!
Unfortunately noticed the down pipe was leaking so called office who advised the guy I needed to speak to was not at.his desk but will get him to call me back. No more than an hour later, two lads turned up in a van, up the ladder and sorted the leak out- upside down piece replaced and resealed. Took them 45 mins at most.
Can't complain at all about the service we got. I will admit I was a bit worried reading reviews but hope this genuine review goes some way for others to alleviate concerns if any.
Sure will be looking for windows in the future, once extortionate nursery fees are out of the way!!

When I initially had a visit from the salesman I was very very skeptical. I work in safeguarding adults so am acutely aware of scams that happen and was viewing his visit through my professional eyes. As such I gave the salesman a hard time (huge apologies offered to him). I was checking out reviews and was very worried but it was pointed out to me that all the good reviews at that time tended to have a job number attached and the bad reviews didn't. This was what swayed me to go with them, this and a telephone conversation with Joe - the owner I believe?
Throughout the whole process from initial visit, through to surveyor visit and installation I have had no complaints whatsoever. The lady/ladies on the customer service team I had contact with to check dates of visits etc (and incidentally always got through to them on their number) were always very pleasant, polite and extremely helpful.
There was a delay to the availability of the bottom panel of my stable door, but this was due to the manufacturer supply issues. This did not hold up the installation and as soon as the bottom panel was available, all Weather Roofline got back in touch and arranged for it fitting.
From start to finish I have been very pleased with the whole service. My initial concerns were totally alleviated and I can only recommend this firm. They came in at a really good price and delivered on all fronts; turning up when they said they would, doing a great job of fitting, and tidying up after themselves too. All the windows and side door replacement all look fabulous and the house is so much warmer.
I have been so pleased with this company that I have order a composite front door to be fitted by them in a few weeks time. I would rate them 5 out of 5 and highly recommend.

Please don’t use this company. I have just had new Fascias, soffits and guttering fitted and it has been a nightmare from start to finish. Firstly it the fitting was postponed twice, which I understand, but no one contacted me to explain that this was happening. The scaffolding was then due to arrive. I waited in all day and it didn’t come until the following day. The work was subcontracted out. The fitter arrived at 10h30 on day one and 11h15 on day two. The Fascias on the back weren’t cut to the right length and on the front they wanted to attach to rotten wood. It took time for them to agree to replace the wood. Two weeks and three days later the two week job is eventually finished, but it doesn’t look great. One drainpipe at the front just finishes above the porch. The guttering isn’t level and you can’t get hold of anyone to complain.
After phoneing and getting nowhere with customer services thay have very cavalier attitude towards the customer. I eventually got in touch with Dan Schofield. he came on time and fixed all my problems very nice and polite man very pleased with the outcome. Of my new window.

And got on the phone to His manager and got me a great price on a door we signed up and. Within 3 days the survey happened and within 6 weeks it got fitted.

What an awful experience. From feeling threatened and bullied when l complained to ending up with a window that doesn't fit and that l cannot reach.When l pointed that out l was told to stand on a step. I'm nearly 70 .l also pointed out the gap at the top of the window l was told that's how they make them.
Being on my own l felt pressured into them fitting a window that is no good and lm going to have to pay someone to change it as if l cannot reach it now how will l be in 5 years time.
I would not recommend them to anyone and if your venerable and alone do not let them into your home.
We had new windows and door fitted to front of house. What a poor decision. The windows were fitted one had a bubble in the glass another had silver pieces between the glass.,the outside sealing of the frames looked appalling thick sealer in places barely enough elsewhere all wonky. As for the door and surounding glass I don't know we're to start. We ordered a green door they supplied a black door we ordered frosted glass side panels they supplied clear guess what they wanted to fit them, All totally wrong. Eventually at a later date they came to refit the correct colour/glass. Right door wrong size glass. Eventually it was done, so we thought, when it rained we had a large puddle on our new oak floor they came out took out the door glass/letterbox sealed them and said they hadn't been sealed from new and should have been. All done. It rained again it leaked again, they came out resealed what they had done previously. You, ve guessed it leaked again by which time the door had dropped and screws were coming through the plastic surrounds around the glass on the door. They corrected the problems phew at last it seemed finished. Wrong the letterbox is broke and is hanging of still waiting again for them to rectify the problem they gave us a date cancelled it gave us another date they rang us to say fitter could., nt make it another rectification job was going to take longer than they thought so now it a going to be about another 2wks before they come. Had a new front door installed over the weekend. Looks really nice with gray frame and smart. Can't fault the guys - they were really happy, friendly and helpful and the finish is very professional. No delays either!!! Was a bit worried about the reviews but there were no delays and all was great.
We have ordered an front door with side panel from allweatherroofline on 10/11/2020, the actual installations only took place 03/2021, the installation guys were angry and rushing around as it was getting late, they finished installation and went without me signing for the job. on 26/3/21 i contacted the office and explained all the issues that were there and needed fixing, like the silicon job that was around the door from outside is very bad, there were caps missing from side panel, the door needed adjusting as its scratching on frame and you can clearly see its sticking out on one side, from inside if you look at the bottom of the door you can see through as there is no sealing or anything, the wind keeps blowing from there as well, the frame is damaged as the screws went through. The lady asked which time of the day to i prefer for guys to come and sort the issues to come over and i did say PM as me and my Mrs are working, she booked them in for 7/4/21.
On 9/4/21 i rang the office at 15:00 to find out what is going on, the lady said that they came at 9am or something like that and nobody was home so they fitted the caps sorted silicon and left, i have said that we agreed on PM time from 12noon but she insisted that i asked for AM, she said that she will listen to the recording of the call when we arranged it, can you find pictures attached to the email, these were taken after "some issues were fixed, like silicon and caps" you can clearly see that even those are still not good enough... im very dissapointed with the service and quality received.
The door is still out of alignment as hinges are damaged to this day 11/08/2021. Again spoke to allweatheroofline last friday to find out what time the guy will come on monday as that what they advised to do to get more accurate time of engineer arriving is call day before, so rang friday at 3 and lady said she will call me back at 5 and let me know what time monday he will be over, again nobody called and guy came when nobody was at home... so we re arranged appointment again but now i have direct engineers number as that what he advised to do is call him direct on the day.
My neighbours just had their windows done by this company and are also not happy as the windows are wayyy too small and they just put big seal around to hide the fact, instead of getting new windows. Avoid this company at any cost!
Turned up late, and only 1 person on the job.
When removing old windows just threw them on the grass from the 2nd floor and many windows shattered into a million pieces all over the grass, never bothered to clean them up. I am unable to compost this grass now because even a year on I find shards of glass.
Also left many large screws dotted around my driveway, which is gravel, so very hard to spot.
damaged a lot of plaster inside, left massive gaps in the window and didnt return to repair, had to spend 6 weeks trying to get them to repair it. persistent wind noise on new windows which disturbed sleep constantly. failed to repair it and had to get an external company to repair it as All Weather stopped responding to me and ignored all requests to repair. overall very very poor quality of work that has cost me money to fix.
If you are looking for windows, DO NOT use this company, even if they try to seduce you with discounts, no discount is worth the distress that this company has caused me and my family. Just pay that little bit extra to ensure that you don't get windows fitted by criminal cowboys (yes criminal, as their employees themselves mentioned to me that the guy who fitted the windoww ran off with some money and was wanted by the police LOL)

Rep turned up being very pushy to pay the deposit but we went ahead for new gutters & soffits front and back. He explaind how the job would be done and how they would tidy up etc. ... Holy cow ! It seems to be a running theme how they operate .. nothing in stock so call the office to see whats happening to receive a date for measure up and fitting, which is later to be cancelled and pushed another 3 weeks down the line. Ok so eventually they turn up on the day as planned at 11am and say they will be done for 2pm ha ha.. nothing like taking your time to do a proper job. So obviously alarm bells rang ! I will cut a long story short . They did the job in a day and a half to a very shoddy standard... damaging 5 roof tiles which they denied breaking. I advised on completion of the job I was not paying until the damage has been rectified. They threatened to rip all the gutters and soffits off if I didnt pay. So they 'fixed' the damage and paid just to get them off the property. The slates they have replaced are only sat on top and not nailed so could fall on anyone at anytime ! Crazyness. I have since had the snags sorted by another company and soon to get a roofer in to repair the damage left. They seem to always be in a rush.... learn how to use a brush ... what a mess ! I really wish I had chosen a different company. Dissapointing. Avoid.
Appalling Service -once you sign it’s their terms
Totally disgusted is an understatement !! We had front and back door installed 2/6/2021. I had had to ring about them as they hadn’t contacted me and was told they were having issues obtaining what I ordered however. Situation resolved and doors look amazing. Paul salesperson came back as we asked for quote for rest of house and bow window. Excellent attitude and very knowledgable. Contract signed 4/6. Aware we would like work completed August. Advised no issues. Didn’t hear from them so I actually contacted them and asked when surveyor would be coming. Booked for Monday 5th July 4.30pm. Telephone call after 6pm stating would not be coming. I admittedly hadn’t realised my phone was on silent and didn’t see there was a voicemail until 9ish. Unable to ring 6/7 due to hospital appt and funeral attendance. Rang this morning and unimpressed is an understatement. Next date they can fo survey is …………10/8 despite it being THEIR FAULT. Advised I can’t do that day due to work and felt I literally had to explain why. Asked about cancelling and getting other quotes as we had booked them around other work being done including drive. Told it’s over 14 day cancellation period. Well it’s OK for YOU to let the customer done, it’s OK for YOU not to turn up, it’s OK for you NOT to prioritise the appt YOU didn’t attend as obviously you have no other surveys booked in the next 5 weeks and no why prioritise an existing customer who recommended your company.
ADVICE -AVOID as obviously once contract is signed they’ve got you and it’s all on their terms. Read complaints procedure as advised on website note NO CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS DEPT. What a surprise

Well, firstly, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!
It all started off so well; salesman Matt was really good - not pushy, was polite and helpful, got us a pretty good price. All went downhill from there. The 'surveyor' was a bit of a joke, had trouble using a tape measure (!!!). Then I was told the company didn't have the 'right' gutter. Then after a quick look around they apparently found some. So we agreed a date for the work. On the day, the fitters turned up and straight away said 'can't do this job, surveyor has got the quantities all wrong'. This slight oversight was sorted and eventually the job was completed and they left. Later that day my dog trod on a bit of scrap wood from the roof which had nails sticking out. I checked around and found a bucket load of fascia offcuts, scrap, bits of wood, nails, bits of mortar etc left all round the garden by the fitters, which I duly cleared up. Plus I'm still waiting, 5 weeks later, for the final gutter fixings to be completed, despite promises this would be done within a week. What a joke. Save yourself a load of grief and steer well clear of these incompetents. Pay your hard-earned cash to a professional company, not this bunch of clowns.
DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY our original quote showed issues when the surveyor came to check, the sales person had put the wrong door and side panels down,from what we had requested and the door we wanted we could not have due to regulations, we were also told the window design was illegal as no fire exit space. Hang on your sales man said these were fine and helped us choose .So we started the process again. Deposit paid on 22/02/2021, we were told six weeks. We didn’t hear from them so my husband contacted them and an instillation date set for 03/06/2021, Husband rang on the 2nd to confirm and we were told all ok. So up at dawn furniture moved as we were having 3 front windows and a new front door. 10.00am phone call fitter has rang in sick we will not be coming. Were offered 12/06/2021 as an alternative date, we explained we were not available as we work and had took holiday to accommodate the fitting. Came back to us and said ok 05/06/2021 , so today we were up at the crack of dawn, we did not make the mistake of waking children and waited and yes you guessed it on cue, phone went, sorry fitter not available personal issues and we won’t be out. So now we are going to leave this to trading standards and our solicitors too sort out. This is not a window company but a joke factory. STAY CLEAR FROM THEM
Would not touch themwith a barge pole ! had patio door fitted last June 2020 still not corrected the faults with it phoned loads of time asked to speak to manager no one ever phones back then other day a chap called Dean phoned and had the Gaul to say if I ordered some windows they would fix my patio door I call that blackmail !! Told them now we are reporting them to trading standards

They take your deposit and do not turn up for a month, to re measure, when the work was supposed to have been done, then tell you that you can not have your deposit back, because its over 2 weeks??? This was never mentioned when the deposit is taken. Action fraud and small claims, HAD MY DEPOSIT SINCE 22ND FEB 2021

This company has fitted new windows, patio door and front door. The price was good compared to other companies. The work was done by Leo and Tom. They worked hard all day to get the work done in one day. All rubbish was removed from site. Advise was given regarding maintenance on the front door. All damage was made good, fitting a plastic trim around the windows. All the units were fully sealed in with no draughts. The product was A grade units. I would advise a call to this company if you are looking for new windows or front doors.

This company quoted me for guttering and facias. I explained the difficulty I had with funding, and was told that the deposit was COMPLETLY refundable if I couldn't get the funds. However now I've been told they wont refund me as the guy that came out failed to put it in the contract!! As far as I'm concerned it's a job contract so why would that detail be on it?!

This company is nothing else but RUBISH,and INCOMPETENT .
I managed to came across this company in 2017 and purchased, Cladding, gutter and porch from them, but the job was not done to the standard . Since these jobs has been fixed, it has been from one problem to another. They kept repairing new products as if they were second hand.
February this year, these jobs were amended. Some months later the problem resurfaced and I sent an email to the manager to complained with the attachments as a proof, but there was no reply from him at all.
I paid a lot of money for these jobs, but I have never enjoyed the job at all.
If there is a heavy rain, my back door entrance will full of water and at times entering into my kitchen. The porch door has been peeling and fading.
Do not under any circumstances purchase windows and doors from this company. You may get a stress free installation but don't count on it. Ten visits and counting just to fit four windows. They just don't care.
Absolutely shocking service - avoid avoid avoid!! Despite quoting surveying taking my money a week later than promised they send a team who then make various excuses leave without doing any work no one calls me when I chase what’s happening I get left on hold for quarter of an hour and then they cancel my contract as apparently they don’t haven enough money in the job! This has cost me time and time giving these jokers trust to complete the works!! Livid!!!!

Had thirteen windows done just over a year ago and wish I had gone to a reputable company and not this bunch of cowboys. I have tried to contact the company on numerous occasions but they are not interested, the bay window is falling out with large gaps around the frame, several windows don’t operate correctly and won’t latch, the handles are loose. To top it off the call centre calls me several times a week on a withheld number to try and sell me windows gutters and facia’s despite asking to be removed from their database months ago. Take my advice and go elsewhere their product is crap, their service is crap once they have your money they are no longer interested in the customer.

I would not have a problem with this company if they completed the job they have been(very well ) paid for but, the job was finished according to them, i am still waiting for the job to be finished the first drop of rain prompted a massive leak from the gutter which cannot be fixed for a week during which time we are expecting much more rain HOW CAN THIS be described as good service ?? Avoid entering into a contract with this company They have been called back to my property twice now to do a simple repair, it is still leaking like a waterfall. How can this company call them selves professional.

We requested a quote from this company and 4 others for all eight of our windows to be replaced. The rep was very pleasant, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. We accepted their quote as it was lower than the others and the rep had pointed out several things all the others had missed and paid the deposit. The surveyor came out a week later, the same day we received our installation date. Two fitters came out and completed the job in one day. They were very professional, friendly and answered all questions-no matter how inane. My new windows are lovely. All in all it took less than a month from quote to fitting and we are very happy with the result. I would not hesitate to use this company again or to recommend them to others.
Accepted a free quote from this company from a cold caller who came to the door. We have a young child so only my husband is working at the moment but work does need to be done eventually so thought a quote would be good for future reference. A representative came round later to give quote. She was very pushy that we accept that day as it would be much more expensive if decided on later. We felt very pressured so accepted the quote. Deposited in cash that I had been saving hard for was taken. A few days later we decided we really couldn’t afford it at this time so emailed to cancel within the 14 day period. 2 months later we have heard nothing back to confirm our cancellation or to return our much needed deposit. I feel very cheated and untrusting of this company now. Very dissatisfied in customer care as we may have been future customers once I am able to return to work. Would not use now.
Make sure you have somewhere outside your house for them to tie up their horses when the cowboys arrive

Products fitted (gutters, soffits and downpipes) all top class. Service very good and price very fair. Not much more I can say.
Do not use this company. They are very good at selling you products, but their after care is zero.
I have had new windows, doors, suffix and guttering fitted over 3 years ago. The are still calling me to see if their quotation was competitive when they have completed the work.
On several occasions I have mentioned that I have problems and some one will always call me back. They never do. I still have problems with unwanted drafts. One guy even tried to give me another number to call so I told him they should be ringing me back.
In all the windows and doors are not worth the money I paid for them and they didn't even get the order right the first time around.
I've asked for Dan the owner to contact me, but I guess he's far too busy.

My main complaint is that after several objections to follow-up calls trying to sell me more products, I am still getting calls from their various offices in this area. Just got yet another call today, Wed 10 Jan 2018. Threatened (yet again) to make a formal complaint about breach of data protection rules. They have no right to store my details and keep phoning me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HARRASSED INTO GETTING MORE WORK DONE, FOR EVER MORE.

I had an old door replaced with a secure UPVC door. I was very impressed by the service I received from start to finish. The sales staff were very helpful and informative and the fitters were very polite and professional. I'll certainly use this company again.
One star is one to many!!! I was doorsteped at a time I was looking for a replacement back door with a cat flap. The price seemed right so I decided to go ahead. A surveyor arrived did what he needed to do and a date was set for the installation. What a fiasco - the glass panel for the door had a round hole cut in it - but the cat flap - supplied by All Weather Roofline - was square! The fitter even commented that the hole had been cut too low to actually enable any cat flap to open properly even I& it had been the right shape! Obviously I was not pleased. I called the company who assured me the mistake would be rectified but as I was going on holiday the following week it would be over three weeks before it could be fitted. The reason I wanted the door fitting at this time was because I was going away and I wanted my cats to be able to come and go in between my dad feeding them. I was promised a substantial discount. They promised to call me when I returned but no - I had to call them and was told no discount was on offer and as the 14 days cool off had elapsed I could not cancel. If they had said to begin with no discount for the inconvenience was possible I would have cancelled the order immediately. Two weeks later I received a Cerass certificate to say the door had been fitted correctly and two phone calls from the company asking if I am satisfied with the door - but I still don’t have a door! I noticed this morning that this company is working on the Sandstone estate again - I would urge anyone thinking of using them to think again - they don’t even have the decency to call me when they promised (the two calls I received made promises to investigate and call me back - but again nothing). I would like my deposite back but they have not replied to my emails . Think twice before you deal with these people as went things go wrong they will not accept responsibility and don’t know the meaning of customer service. Perhaps naming and shaming may prompt them to contact me or return my deposit- but I doubt it as they don’t seem to care,
The prices were the best i could find anywhere, the surveyor was very pleasant and professional as were the fitters who did an amazing job, so much so that we are now thinking about getting them back to do some more windows, even though we don't actually need them right now. Five stars from start to finish.
I have had a new Back door and 4 windows installed, From start to finish was professional. the install took a day. I am very pleased with the job they did. Would highly recommend this company, I have put in an order to have my roof line done with these next year.
Just wanted to say a quick thank you to the sales staff and installers at all weather roofline . the salesman showed us both types of window available and the benefits of each. We chose the lower graded window due to us selling the property and it still looks amazing. But for the advice from the salesman we would have thought it was the best window available.
The installers were prompt, courteous and worked non stop . We are more than happy to recommend this company and product.

Ordered new fascia boards to replace the old ones on my new house. The salesperson was very knowledgeable (I had no idea about this sort of thing!) and offered me what I found to be a competitive price and an installation date was organised that same week. Really took a weight off my mind.

This originally started with a cold call to the front door and the guy seemed really genuine and helpful. Anyway, I agreed to have someone come and give me a quote on the replacement soffits and facias. The first time I agreed they were to come out only after I told them I owned the property solely and there was no need for my wife to be there for a quote. I put them off the first time as I had to go in to work so I said call me back to arrange a future visit. I received a call today and told the caller that I do not need my wife at home for them to give me a quote and they then continued with it is "a CPA rule and he would leave that with me and hung up" - not sure why they are quoting an accounting reason for them to ensure both parties are at home so they could most likely hard sell. It is very difficult in this day and age to arrange genuine companies to come and quote on a job without wanting you to sign up immediately. I do want the work doing but only when I know I am going to have good work done and genuine support if anything goes wrong. If I could give zero stars I would!
