excellent company-had a conservatory many years ago-still perfect.Now ordering windows for a property in France-I give them the measurements they supply-absolutely perfect-no worries -fits every time,cant do enough for me. Also had fascias and soffits installed roof edges through Charm,cant fault them-well done!

Don't use this Company! They installed some windows at my property 3 years ago and 3 of my windows handles have sprained and can no longer be used. Also a lock on one of my doors has broken so that cannot be used either. I have been to the Company twice to try and resolve the problem and they do not want to know claiming that this was 'fair wear and tear' even though there is a warranty on these products for 7 years? At the second time of asking I even offered to pay for the parts to put it right as having 3 windows and a door out of use is a bit of a problem. They agreed to come back to me with prices for the parts but didn't even bother! I have now had to ho elsewhere to have the problems resolved and will never use this Company again. They will be all over you when you want a quote doing for some new work but as soon as it comes to any problems they just do not want to know. I guess that's what you get with these small back street Companies. My advice if you are looking for doors or windows in the Worksop area stay well clear of these and go with a more reputable Company. A special mention should be given about the lady sales woman in the shop, what an arrogant, un-professional and unpleasant person she is. Trust me DO NOT USE THEM.
