Incredibly disappointing customer service. My conservatory is less than two year old and leaking so badly I am concerned the roof may collapse. Phoned Style and they informed me that as I moved to the property after the conservatory was purchased the 10 year guarantee isn’t valid and despite telling them I was concerned with roof collapse they insisted they wouldn’t be able come out for two weeks and would charge at least £150 just to look at it.

I would urge people to think twice before using this company. I have had two installations completed by them. When it comes to support and customer service they completely ignore your requests for follow up support and, when contacting their offices, wash their hands of you. Trying to get an electrical installation certificate from them for my conveyancers, have written letters, sent telephone messages, spoke to their offices, and left voice messages on answer machines. All to no avail, they completely ignore you. There are plenty of other installation companies in East Anglia, make sure you check others out before committing to these.
