We've used Kingsbridge Local on 2 occasions over the last few years and each time from start to finish the service and workmanship were exceptional.
The salesman Mark Cross is always very knowledgable and polite. The quote is reasonable and Mark is never pushy ( unlike many other salesmen we've come across that sometimes just about refuse to leave your house without a sale!)
Both the surveyor and the fitters are always on time and do their work efficiently.
Our new windows look great and are very well made (doing their job of shutting out noise, keeping out the cold and saving us on our heating bills).
We could not recommend them any higher and will be using them again later this year to install some more windows!
Had several jobs done Mark Cross sales guy gave good impartial advice also builders did good job and cleared up afterwards to a good standard.
We have had a terrible service with Kingsbridge. There was a fault with the windows they installed. We reported it to them and they took us round the houses before saying they will install it. We has also asked them to install a french door. The appointment was made ages in the advance as it happens they rang on the day to say the fitter was somewhere else and he might be able to come round the following week. This is so lacking in customer service. I doubt we will ever use them again. It is impossible to get a named contact to email with your complaints.

He worked so hard, especially as he was alone, due to the illness of his colleague, and in a courteous and pleasant manner. His work was excellent and he left everything clean and tidy, after first explaining how everything worked. My thanks to him.
We have just had a salesman named Richard here showing us the windows etc. I would just like to say we have had an enjoyable evening discussing the possibilities for our home (I have never said that before about a salesperson !) He was honest, very thorough and the end quote resulted in a sale. The product sells its self but Richard was a credit to the company, clear explanations, no hard sale or pressure. May I take this opportunity to congratulate your company on the efficiency of the organisation and the quality of the workmanship in recently fitting a front porch and this past week replacing the windows at the front of my house. From my very first enquiries with Dean Williams when he was most helpful with advice and assurance that every care would be taken not to damage the existing pebble dashing in no way pushy as is the norm these days the surveyor was prompt on time keeping within the initial times agreed as were the installation team. To say I am pleased with the installation would be an understatement the team of Steph and Joseph were a pleasure to watch I was feeling rather sorry for Joseph because as on the day it rained no poured down almost none stop all day and as he was outside most of the day he never complained once. Initially I was doubtful about having the windows replaced because having had the house re-pebble dashed only a few years ago I was concerned this would be seriously damaged when removing the old wooden window frames however my worst fears were completely unfounded other than the two very small areas where the old windowsills’ were removed I would defy anybody to know the pebble dashing was not done after the windows were replaced. Before starting the job the hall stairs and room furniture and carpets were sheeted and after completing the job everything was cleared away properly. Once again many thanks for an excellent service and installation should any potential customer wish to look over this installation then please don’t hesitate to offer my house as a viewing or show them this letter.

I am writing to say how pleased my wif and I are with our new porch, it is quite amazing the difference it has made to the comfort and looks of the property.
