An excellent experience. I am very pleased with the overall service and installation of the new upvc French doors that Telco supplied recently. As each door has its own separate lock we feel doubly secure as the door is at the side rear of the house. An initial estimate made by a personal visit to the Tealco showroom offices was quickly followed up by a visit by the fitters and installation team to confirm the measurements. This was reassuring as the dimensions, which proved to be correct, were slightly different in height from that received by other suppliers. Also consideration for suitable replacement mouldings, in terms of style to the past Victorian architrave for the interior appearance, was picked up by James, the experienced installer. The week advised as the necessary delivery time was accurately kept, and payment of the deposit was smoothly done and confirmed. The installation was completed very professionally and the standard of workmanship was excellent and it was clear that the team installing the doors were very proud of their work. The 10 years guarantee by Network Veka is reassuring and gives confidence that independent operators can be not only deliver excellent value for money, but also after local sales service backed by a national scheme and franchise.
