Chose 3 Counties to have a long overdue new roof, doors and windows to my brickbuilt conservatory. From start to finish the whole exercise was brilliant. Two amazing guys, Mark and Dave did a wonderful job in transforming the building. Excellent workmanship and very courteous and tidy installers. I would recommend 3 Counties and particularly Mark and Dave to anyone. I am beyond thrilled and keep wanting to go and look at it
Sales man didn't listen to my requirements as I wanted a low level threshold door like I had,
What I got is a trip hazard step, Expressed my concern to the fitters and they said someone from the office would be in touch, no one contacted me,
Also the frosted glass of the door you can see through had to put a film over the glass, now just over 2 years later drafts are coming in, it is supposed to be guaranteed for 10 years yet this company is asking for a £68 call out charge,

Simon the owner came to give me an estimate for a conservatory but then didn't get back to me with the quote. It was a real waste of time, if he didn't want the work he should have just said...
The installation of our windows/doors started in May 2015. Over a year later, we have been left with unsightly gaps where the caulk on all windows/doors has not bonded correctly. Initially Three Counties were very helpful with trying to resolve this issue (including offering to pay for a professional decorator to fix their mess), however they have now stated that decorating is not part of their service.
To be clear this is not a decorating issue. Three Counties poorly finished the windows and are now trying to back out of their contractual obligations. The finish we have been left with is completely unsatisfactory and we are now seeking the help of DGCOS to resolve the matter.
I have also had to pay a locksmith to correctly align the front door lock, due to Three Counties inability to fix the issue.
In the last year I have exchanged over 100 emails and taken many days off work and we are still no nearer to a resolution of this issue.
Very pleased with installation of composite front door. No deposit required and the bill was exactly the same as the quote.

Punctual, and I would be happy to have any of them do further installations, if /when needed.
However, somewhat disappointingly after several weeks they could not source a pair of new door handles for another door that they had recommended the handles were needing replacing, and ultimately gave up.
Very, very pleased with windows and installation - very neat and tidy throughout. Would definitely recommend them - the installer was very pleasant and efficient.

NEW FRONT, BACK, GARAGE AND FRENCH DOORS.
The sales and installation team were very good being both punctual and courteous. The products offered are good quality. Unfortunately we had an issue with the french door installation not picked up by the surveyor which impacted on our wall and floor finishes and our external steps which resulted in additional works having to be carried out. When they came back to carry out snagging and unfinished items they did not have all the materials needed so had to come back for further visits. This mean't additional time having to be taken off for these to be attended to.

New french doors. Workmen were very pleasant. They took all the rubbish away with them. House was dusty afterwards but that's to be expected.
Had all windows and doors replaced. The 2 guys that did the work were very pleasant and worked hard. Tidied up after themselves at the end of the day and did a great job. Very happy with all work done and using Three Counties again very soon. Highly recommend.
Installation of composite front door, standard french doors plus replacement window units in large sliding doors & 1 bedroom. No deposit required and the bill was exactly the same as the quote.

Punctual, within half an hour. All 3 installers were pleasant, I would be happy to have any of them do further installations, if needed.

All appointments kept at times requested. Work carried out neatly and quickly. All workmen courteous and polite. Very pleased with work carried out.

Although we didnt use Three Counties in the end, they were the first company that were completely honest with us, able to break the pricing structure down into exactly where the costs were coming from and without any hesitation. If we were installing windows into our 'forever' house we would most certainly have used them.
We had a gentleman round to look at our windows and old conservatory for a quote to replace them. Three weeks on and two phone calls to chase them up and still no quote. Terrible service, will go elsewhere.
Replacement patio doors.
Great workmanship. They worked very well together. Both young men were very polite. They tidied and hoovererec after they had finished.
