No opportunity for zero stars for this incompetent bunch of highly unprofessional amateurs who not only fitted bi-fold doors that can not properly close or lock these idiots fitted doors that were not only fitted incorrectly but weren’t even the right size, need to have entire bi-folds fitted by Valley Windows and Repairs removed but have to have their entire disgraceful work completely re-done. When I sent a complaint to VW & repairs they passed it to their legal services provider (Vasari) whose owner has been disbarred as a solicitor by their regulator as he, apparently stole around £168,000 from his disabled and dead clients whose wills he had been entrusted to deal with while working as a solicitor with David & Snape, Bridgend. Proprietor of Valley Windows & Repairs has, according to Companies House records has previously had two past companies undergo ‘involuntary liquidation ’ and according to a salesman from Dunraven Windows was ‘sacked’ by them.

Had a few windows replaced by them, fast reliable and very cost effective company. Very good place to go for your windows

Unreliable to say the least. They did not turn up for two appointments.All I wanted was a repair to my patio doors. The hinges needed replacing. If you didn't want the job, you only had to say. Another company completed the job you only £95. Valley windows quoted me £250 for the same work.
