Terry came to replace our Marley tiled kitchen floor June 14. We were in crisis - all the other quotes had put the frighteners on us. They said the Marleys had to come up and the cost spiralled. Terry took one look at the floor, said he could do it for a fraction of the other quotes, and what a job he did. Once the (bespoke) kitchen was fitted, Terry came back to do the wall tiling. Again, he did a brilliant job. We have a direct comparison - regrettably the bathroom was done at the same time by another company. We have a 2 bed townhouse - made no difference to Terry, his standards and attention to detail cannot be praised enough. More than punctual, stayed until job was done and left me with minimal cleaning to do once he'd gone. Punctual, courteous, friendly, considerate and above all respectful of his customer and their property/home ... Terry is all of these and more. He will be our first port of call in the future. Certainly a contractor you can trust, and one we are happy to leave in our home unsupervised.
