Came back off holiday to find a massive hole in the kitchen ceiling and gritty bits in the kettle and toaster. Phoned these guys and it turned out the landlord had had some work done while I was away and the company owner informed me casually that "one of my boys" had stuck his foot through the roof and "these things happen". He then, just as flippantly, told me that "the plasterer will be round some time this week, hopefully tomorrow". When I asked why they hadn't fixed this as a matter of urgency (it had happened 3 days before I got back) he reminded me that I was the tenant and not the owner. To really rub salt in it, he concluded by saying "that's a whole new roof you've got there". Unprofessional and unpleasant. Avoid.
