Sad to say this was terrible! Paid him to find and fix the leak from the roof. He rendered chimney and said he'd fixed broken/missing tiles but hasn't even looked at the back of the roof, and never once even looked in the loft to check. Despite a continuous leak and his year's 'guarantee' he's refused to come back and fix it. Rude whenever I spoke to him, and customer service is pretty much non-existent. Very disappointed at having spent hundreds of pounds and still have the same leak. Other roofers have been out to confirm this is what happened and now I have to pay someone else to do the work that he said he'd done and clearly didn't.
